At this time, we do not have different shipping options available. The shipping charge will be a flat fee based on weight. Your order will likely be sent through the US Postal Service, however, we may also choose to use UPS or FedEx.
International shipping is not available at this time through our website. If you would like an order shipped outside the United States, please contact us.
Most orders of in stock items will be be shipped the next business day. You will be notified if any of your items are back ordered by email. Most back ordered items are shipped within 1-2 weeks of the inital order. If it will take longer than that to receive the items, you may cancel item.
You may return any unused, unopened item for a refund. Shipping and handling will not be refunded and the product must be returned, postage paid. If it is our mistake, then we will refund the full amount. Contact our offices for more information.
