This skull is a model of the now famous Dracorex, which resides in The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. the fossilized skull, which was missing the lower jaw, was donated to the museum in 2004 by discoverers Brian Buckmeier and brothers Steve and Pat Saulsbury. There is much debate over its relationship to the Pachycephalosaurus and Stygimoloch; some have suggested a female without the skull dome, while others argue it is a younger specimen of one of those species. 

Dracorex was named by a team of museum scientists for its resemblance to historical dragon depictions and the fictional book series by J.K. Rowling.
